Hi Jack
Yes by joining the club you will meet many members that will be willing to give advice and help you with your A. Our club has 286 members with around 400 model As in the club. We have in the past got model As running the have been hibernating for as long as you have own your A. For example we got a 29 roadster running in 2 hours after not running for 45 years. Just download the membership form in the club info section and you will be on your way.

I live in Merrick and I have owned a 31 Model A 5 window coupe for 40 years. I would really like to get it running correctly so I can drive it. I just found this site. I was wondering if I join, do members help other members with their cars like other clubs? I can't afford to farm it out.
I think that my main problem now is the carb. Then running boards, repaint and then interior.
Can I join at a meeting? Do I have to join MAFC too?

Thanks
Jaack

Was looking for information about polarity for our A-Ford coil. Was very happy to find on your site exactly what i was looking for. Many thanks from Holland. Are also looking for information about converting the A into 12 volts. Happy miles with your hobby. Eugene
